Study information system 2

Create a simple system (Web) to keep track of:
teachers, subjects, students, semesters and grades.

Catalog of subjects and teachers:
Every teacher can have many subjects to teach and every subject can have several teachers. 
Subjects have name, description, ECTS.

Per semester:
One student can be in one specific subject in same semester just once.
Every student can have several grades (grades are based on specific overall tasks), 
average grade so far and final grade in every subject 
(subject has two options for final grade - pass/fail or graded).

Provide statistics per semester and overall (how many students in subject, 
how much ECTS per student, subjects/student count per teacher).
CRUD functionality for every entity.
Search for students, teachers, subjects etc (inclusive and exclusive).
Use common sense, provide decent UX and think how should the system works in real world!!!!
