T 2.53 Inadequate regulations concerning the substitution of telecommuters
In general, the tasks of the telecommuter must be designed in such a way that the telecommuter can work independently for the most part. There is a risk in this case, though, that it will be difficult to provide an appropriate substitute for the telecommuter if he/she is on sick leave. In particular, it may be difficult to provide the substitute with the required documents or data stored on the telecommuting computer if there is no way to access the home workplace of the telecommuter.
