In order to be able to make quick use of expert assistance, consideration should be given to the provision of corresponding consulting services at the time of purchase and/or when leasing a PBX system. In this case, it is important that support is provided promptly in an emergency, since the failure of a PBX system may significantly impair the operability of the entire organisation and can only be tolerated for a short period of time, it at all.
Review questions:
- Do the agreed SLAs meet the requirements of the organisation?
- Is it possible to rely on external consulting services for the PBX system in the event of an emergency?
