Data backup is an important security measure. For this reason, the relevant employees should be informed about their tasks in the creation of the data backups. They should be committed to accurate performance of data backups. This is especially important where centrally preformed data backups are not effective, for example, in case of stand-alone or mobile end devices. Regular refresher and motivation campaigns on data backup should be conducted.
